Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Move-Wear

  Ensure the items are unworn and unwashed with original tags attached, then place them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours for a contactless pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
